Customized process and timeline estimation

Battery specification communication (1-3 days)

All detailed information is required, such as application, voltage, discharge current, charging current, IP protection rating, maximum casing size, etc. Finally, confirm the battery specifications.

2.

Design and Confirmation of Scheme Drawings (First Draft Requires 3 Days)

The nacci engineering team will provide design drawings for your review and approval. We will make revisions based on any feedback you provide. We will provide three sets of design drawings free of charge.

3.

Prototyping/Mass Production (30 days)

Production will proceed according to the final design drawings and will take approximately 30 days to complete.
