Customized process and timeline estimation

Step 1: Battery specification communication (1-3 days)

All detailed information is required, such as application, voltage, discharge current, charging current, IP protection rating, maximum casing size, etc. Finally, confirm the battery specifications.

Step Two: Design and Confirmation of Scheme Drawings (First Draft Requires 3 Days)

The nacci engineering team will provide design drawings for your review and approval. We will make modifications based on any further feedback. We will provide three sets of design drawings free of charge.

3.

Step 3: Prototype creation/mass production (30 days)

Production will proceed according to the final design drawings and will take approximately 30 days to complete.

4.

Step 4: Shipping costs (depending on distance)

There are several shipping options available. Air freight is fast but expensive, making it a wise choice for urgent orders. Sea freight is the most economical option, but it takes much longer than air freight.
